In order to be considered at a meeting, the non-profit or organization must be based in the Fremont County, Colorado area. Organizations and non-profits must commit to keeping all contributions from Fremont County Women Who Care in the local community. National organizations are not eligible, but local branches of national nonprofits can be nominated. Recipients must be registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
